I attached the PowerPoint file of my presentation at Notre Dame. The presentation contains only some PowerPoint animations, but no movies etc.  Please contact me in case there are any problems.

May I add a request: Do you have a list of all the participants (not only the speakers) of the workshop (maybe with affiliation and email), which you can send to me (or put in on the web)? It would help me (and maybe also other participants) to remember the name of colleagues with whom I talked.
