Lodging is available for workshop participants at the most attractive and comfortable residence hall on the university campus, Willkie Quadrangle A. Willkie housing units are located next door to the Willkie Conference Center and are a pleasant 10 minute walk away from the Indiana Memorial Union. All rooms are suites with single sleeping arrangements and through bathrooms that are shared with neighboring rooms; other rooms are double occupancy (two single bedrooms with a common "living" room). We also have rooms that are easily accessible for individuals with disabilities. Every room in the complex has an Ethernet connection and every floor has a wired common lounge. Rates are currently $45/night, including tax, for one person. Check in will be from 8am to 3:30pm on May 14th at 150 S. Union Road (off S. Rose Avenue). If you would like a room reserved for you, please indicate so on the registration form and mail it.
