Fall 2007Monday, December 3rd SEAN RICE will give an IGERT seminar in Myers Hall 130. The title of his talk is "Constructing an exact, and universal, evolutionary theory". Sean is currently at Texas Tech University and works on developing a rigorous theoretical framework for the study of developmental evolution, and the mathematical and conceptual foundations of evolutionary theory. He also studies morphological evolution in both invertebrates and vertebrates, population and quantitative genetics, macroevolution, and the philosophical and conceptual basis of evolutionary theory. Pizza will be served before the seminar.
