Hello Dr. Fox -
    I believe I have incorporated most of suggested edits. I have removed
details pertaining to
a) Creation of the connectivity graph.
b) Creation of the profile graph.
c) Math pertaining to Profile Propagations. (This was one element confusing
to referees)
d) Simplified the event routing protocols.
e) Process of updates as a result of stable storage additions
          -- Updates of replication granularities
          ---Epoch retrievals from coarser grained storages.
f) I eliminated details at quite a few places where I felt the balance
between clarity/paper-focus was being comprised.


Additions:
a) Figure 1 has been improved to have legend signifying different links.
b) I have added references to Pastry from Microsoft, and JXTA as
peer-to-peer infrastructures. Pastry seems to be very close to GES. The
notion of stabilizing systems in response to failures, node additions etc.

There was a suggestion that we add some remarks on how  we think GES may fit
into existing Grid infrastructures and computing environments. I was
wondering if you could provide some help. I have attached the paper for you
perusal. Its complete barring the remarks on existing Grid Infrastructures.
