Herewith my review, a little late. Although I initially had misgivings
about the paper, it turned out to be quite good. The problem, as I have
said in the review, is that the authors have worked entirely from the
literature, and some of their comments may not be currently correct. I
don't know if it is reasonable for them to contact every project, but at
least a search for later references should be made before publication. I
already found a few myself.

I hope you have other reviewers from some of the projects themselves. I
look forward to knowing the fate of the paper. Could you inform me?
