I feel that although the paper makes technical contributions in the way
the authors organize the system to enable legacy systems to be
integrated with the interface tiers, the paper does not focus on
this architecture -- it only describes the prototype implemented.

Adding a presentation that focuses more on the design and
architecture along with the prototype implementation as an example
would be interesting.

The authors need to identify all the acronyms in the beginning and
attend to the minor grammar corrections.
My recommendation would be that it be revised along these lines.
