Dear Professor,

we have contacted about 300 potential referees for CCP&E
and we have got so far 136 persons who are willing to co-operate. 

I have included the list of referees and those whose response was 
eighter negative or did not reply after several requests.

I would very much appreciate if you could send me a list of US 
names who might be contacted.
