Dear Professor Fox,

I have written a paper titled "Parallel Solution of Rotating Internal
Flows", where I present a technique to parallelize (using MPI) a
Navier-Stokes (2-1/2D) code; aspects such as data cache hit rates are
discussed and a model for the parallel computation is developed. Do you
think it would be suitable for publication on CP&E ?
