Attached find a copy of my paper in the gzipped PostScript 
format .ps.gz. Unfortunately my PDF writer is not working correctly.
If you cannot read PostScript let me know and I'll see
if I can find a version of PDF writer to re-install here.

I'd appreciate if you could acknowledge this message
stating whether or not the paper was received correctly.
