Contacts with Foreign Government Representatives

As with most researchers I have substantial
contacts with foreign researchers -- especially from
United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan and China (PRC)
Some of these worked for their government

Contacts with China (PRC) included especially
Professor Wei Li -- now President BUAA University Peking
Professor Xiaoming Li -- now chair Computer Science at
	Peking University

I declared my three trips to China in Item 18

I believe all contacts involved just scientific research
