As company advertise, Palm-size PC, such as Cassiopeia from Casio Jordana from HP can browse Internet as same as you do with IE on desktop. Since WinCE device also has comparably small memory, somebrowsers are not support Java and some does. For example, Conduits.com provides PocketBrowser for WinCE user. It gets arbitary URL and browses exactly like IE for desktop. it is not support Java, though. it gets all image and html contents.
The problem is that you can not get enough speed with wireless communication. Wired modem speed is normally 56Kbps. It is fast enough to download images, which is normally 1K or more size. but the wireless modem which is popular is 9600bps. So download commercial web page is forever.
