 Dear Geoffrey Fox,
 
 This directory contains the following files:
 
 * This README file.
 
 * An "INSTRUCTIONS" file. It contains the detailed directives for the
   reviewing. READ IT CAREFULLY FIRST.
 
 * A "GeoffreyFox.abstract" file. It lists the papers to be referreed
   by you with the title, authors, keywords and abstract. This should
   be sufficient for you to organize the reviewing process and to select
   appropriate readers.
 
 * A number of "023_GeoffreyFox.mail" files. They are "ready-to-forward"
   individual reviewing kits. Each file contains a short greeting, an
   individual "ready-to-reply" reviewing form, and the uuencoded,
   "ready-to-print" version of ("ready-to-review"?:-) Paper #023.
 
 If you need to take a closer look at Paper #023 then type
 
 	uudecode -p 023_GeoffreyFox.mail | gunzip -c > result_file
 
 It creates the file result_file which you can send directly to your
 favorite printer.
 
 The default deadline for reviews indicated in the greeting header is
 
 	March 15, 2000 on your desk.
 
 You are of course welcome to edit this header and to change the
 date. But remember that 
 
 	ALL REPORTS MUST HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO US BY MARCH 21
 
 We strongly stress that NO REPORT SHOULD BE SENT TO US DIRECTLY: (300
 submissions with 4 reviews per submission = 1200 mails!). Instead,
 please collect your dozen of reviews into a SINGLE file, check (and
 possibly correct!) them, and mail the file to 
 
 	ep2kadm@in.tum.de
 
 with some adequate subject field: "Review forms"... Be extremely
 careful that the upper part of the form with the internal tags has
 been left untouched, otherwise it will be very difficult for us to 
 process reviews automatically as planned.
