As a principal structural designer, duties included design of reinforced concrete frame, floor members, and foundation, as well as engineering drawing and detailing drawing. Structural design of an underground air defense / entertainment complex. Designed and detailed the entire structure, including concrete arch, entrance/exit, excavation support and water-proofing facilities. Engineering research of underground structural water-proof. Responsibilities were collecting regional hydrology information and designing concrete with water-proof materials, conducting experimental and field tests to gather mechanical properties of the materials, and preparing technical reports. Involved in overall activities in planning, re-planning, designing external and internal details, preparing construction documents, and coordinating engineering efforts.
