High-Speed Networking

NYNET is a high-speed ATM communications network linking multiple research facilities across New York State. NPAC has developed a number of NYNET applications including option stock pricing, telemedicine, distributed computing, electromagnetic scattering simulation, multimedia distributed information systems, and video on demand applications.
