Geoffrey:
As you know, the ASC PET leadership has traveled this year to their 
academic partners to conduct a program management review.  We are quickly 
approaching the six month anniversary of the year five contract with 
FSU.  We would like to schedule a visit to FSU to complete this review 
before the holidays.

Our day-long visit will focus on a review of the Syracuse to FSU transition 
plan discussed on our visit to FSU at the beginning of the year.  In 
addition, we would like to review the status of contracted work, other 
relevant work underway at FSU the DoD might find of interest, and obtain an 
update on CSIT.

We have selected three possible weeks for this visit.   Once we agree on a 
week we can finalize the specifics of the schedule.  Our visit might best 
be done in two half day sessions, an afternoon and the following morning, 
although we are not opposed to a different scheduling arrangement if that 
meets our mutual needs.  The weeks we are available are:  23 Oct, 13 Nov, 
and 27 Nov.  We tried to schedule around SC2000, Thanksgiving, and the grid 
forum.
