Well, we've had to change our schedule a bit. SGI formally asked for a one-day extension, since we just got the last addendum out today in answer to the submitted questions. After some discussion with David, I've agreed to this. (Andy, this means we will NOT be able to get the bid responses to you until Friday.) The bid opening is now scheduled for 11 a.m. Thur., 5./11. I am keeping the 1 p.m. evaluation committee meeting to distribute the bid results and discuss our initial reactions. It would make sense to delay the meeting scheduled for 5/15 to give you all time to sort thru the material.
