At first, I thought this = was a coincidence, but more recently I have been thinking that it may in fact be due to the = reason that we=20 are no longer trying to write proposals that are squishy compromises = between us and the SCEC geologists. We now tend to write proposals that are much more = "modern" in the IT sense...
