Since negotiations with these individuals are just beginning, I've been asked to not publicly discuss. I just sent out the updated gog agenda with three alternatives for how to handle the time constraints we are under. This version included a mock agenda for the option we discussed. I feel strongly that we risk loosing a good deal of our audience on Tues. morning if we don't try to compress things to no longer then 9am on Tues morning. As a potential example, if Linus T. was a keynote he may be speaking about transmeta/linux and embedded devices as the same time our education "track" is scheduled. I've asked the group for all of their input by Monday noon. Perhaps we should chat then?
