The govt would like "negotiate" the = budget on each of these projects, and hence we will have to rescope the = work to that level of effort. There are more projects that are appealing = to govt team than they could fund, and therefore, they would like to = reduce the scope and level of funding to enable them to fund a greater = number of "smaller" projects. For our Monday Sept 17 CDL meeting with Andy Mark at 1500, please be = semi-prepared to discuss the reduced scope of work for each project = based on the reduced budget.
