They are as follows: Shrideep Pallickara is using Anubis, Idaho, and Vermont Habib Bulut is using Washington Saleh is using Montana and Foxport1 Mehmet Sen is using LoneRanger and Leto Meyrim has not been given a PC yet. 1) Are these systems to remain here on the SU campus when the other systems are packed and shipped? 2) Here is the information on the moving company that I had sent to you in the past: The professional moving company recommended by the SU Materials Distribution Department. This company Express Save Industries has provided a quote based upon my estimates as follows: Total weight of equipment and files 5000 lbs Insurance value on equipment & files $ 200,000.00 The moving company would come in and pack all equipment identified to be shipped. They would load onto trucks and transport to destination in Florida. The estimate received is $ 2,957.55 Contact is Trisha or Sharon 315-454-5555 I cannot finalize these arrangements. The movers need detailed information on the following things: Who is going to accept responsibility for payment? Financial arrangements need to be made by you or FSU directly with the movers. Who the contact is at FSU? What is the address to deliver to? What date will they need to pick up everything? What date do the movers need to get everything to FSU? 3) I will begin to move all of the systems to be shipped to room 3-206 of Sci-Tech. Those that have packing will be packed. The rest will need to be packed by the movers, and this will take time! I just received the "final" list from Marc Epoch Friday. I cannot move any equipment before Monday, August 14th. There is just too much to do at the last minute!
