Please find enclosed our submission entitled "Javia: a Java Interface
to the Virtual Interface Architecture" to the Java Grande special
issue of Concurrency: Practice and Experience.

The submission is a revised version of the conference paper augmented
with performance results of a parallel MM application and an active
messages layer.
