Dr. Fox,

I'm sorry for the inordinate length of time this has taken.  I'm
struggling with the beginnings of carpal tunnel syndrome, and am
terribly backlogged on computer work.  Thank you for your patience.
Attached is the revised version of the paper.

Let me know if you want a response to the referees as well.  I attempted
to address all of their concerns, but can make more specific remarks if
requested.
