Dear Professor Geoffrey Fox

Reference to paper # C373 and your memo dated December 10, 1999
regarding the same paper. Please be informed that we are still
in the process of revising the above paper as requested by
the referees. For this we developed a simulator and we are
using it to carry out performance evaluation of the proposed storage
schemes. We expect that one month more will be needed to complete
our study and to submit the revised version.
