b) Comments to Author

  This paper describes and discusses problems in the
specification of the Java Memory Model and has been
reviewed by the own designers of the language as pointed
out in the paper by the author. I have no further coments.

c) Comments to Committee

I recommend acceptance. The paper has its value as it points
out prolems in the specification of the Java language.
