  • ScaLAPACK and PETSc installed

  • ATLAS: Automatic Tuning of Linear Algebra Software -- make optimized BLAS
  • Performance Modelling: Pablo Paradyn; standard cache/message passing/BLAS etc. benchmarks
  • MPI Interconnection requested by IMT user
  • RIB Installation: leverage licensing etc from NHSE; CCM SIP; database interface
