Example: Main Client Program Comments

• The main client program performs the following functions:

  • initializes ORB (i.e. opens connection to the Object Bus)
  • binds to the (remote) Count object
  • initializes the counter value to zero
  • initializes the timer
  • loops 1000 times invoking the increment() method each time
  • prints the timed value
