1 Download URL:
2 http://trurl.npac.syr.edu/tango
3 Packaging: .exe file. The same for NT/95/98
4 May download to any location
5 After downloading, run exec file:
  • tango_pluginNT101.exe
  • This will launch the Install Shield which will guide you through the installation process
6 Don't install as administrator on NT!
  • InstallShield sets registry variables on per user basis
