1 At the moment, the main focus in JavaBeans development is at the client side for GUI/widgets engineering
2 However, the technology is applicable also at the server or middle tier (where JavaSoft calls it Enterprise JavaBeans and develops the specification)
3 We are currently building new version of WebFlow (data flow computing over the web) that uses JavaBeans both for visual editing and for server-side ComponentWare
