This factorized Operator can now be solved in three steps:
Each step involves solution of a 5 by 5 block tridiagonal matrix
The matrix is tridiagonal -- not pentadiagonal -- as numerical dissipation with Ñ4U is only added to explicit RHS term in this approximation
