These are created using the select tag, followed by a number of options. The size attribute determines if a menu or list is displayed.

<option selected> Master Card
<option> Visa
<option> Discover
</select>
A size of 1 produces a menu and a size of 2 or more produces a scrolled list.
Use a textarea to show a large typing area:

This is the default information.
