In regard to email, and in particular
as a co-inventor, developer, and technical manager of
tango, i insist that any future attempts to use the system
are prepared accordingly to the industrial rules of engagement.
i will send these rules in a separate e-mail

1) I am director of NPAC and I will listen to you but you do not
set the rules. You can propose them
2) I am reporting the views of users not me. I am actually
trying to help you by blaming Netscape not Tango
3) NPAC has no more money to spend on Tango and we must
switch to our deliverables which are in applications
4) If you won't do this, I will of course take over direct
management of team and direct them myself. I am required to
this as PI responsible to funding agencies ....
5) For NPAC, there are few more chances for current Tango to prove
itself. No more tutorials etc are scheduled except for
   education class next year

BTW I didn't say Tango wasn't a "heroic effort". Not all heroic
efforts succeed though

I am also suprised you attack me so much starting in the sad event
in August. Why would be so aggressive to me. What are trying to do?
Do you want to take over as director and force me to resign.
This seems unwise as all federal funding will then dissappear
