Basically excellent
I think some of the terminology is confusing --
in particular the word "integration" which
can be understood in many ways. For instance
is integration with a small i on page 3 under software
or page 2 when discussing physics modules
same as integration with capital I on page 5?
They are related but different I think
I believe Integration refers to macroscopic integration
of program components. "integration" to software and algorithms
needed to link multidisciplinary codes or just modules within a code

I would spell out "Views" as Visualization and Data Management
so all topics have English not Acronym Titles

Under "spectacular computational science" I would say that
ASCI is the world leader in developing and linking large applications
and has demonstrated both in the core program and the Alliances remarkable simulation
on large scale parallel computers of complex  multidisciplinary science.
This computational science tour de force is critical for Stockpile Stewardship
but also is a beacon for simulation-based science in industry and academia.
The software (problem solving) environments developed in ASCI are the
most sophisticated in the world.

Under software, I could say
Although ASCI's current problem solving environments activities are excellent,
there is remarkable progress in industry and academia in core software technologies driven by the Internet.
These emerging ideas need to be evaluated and inserted as appropriate
into the ASCI environment. State of the art software is no less important to
ASCI than having the best available hardware and we suggest a strategy of
"software technology insertions" roughly every 3 years as is done with the
hardware. ASCI can expect industry to supply base software technologies but
currently it does not seem likely that commercial organizations will supply
the needed high performance computing environments. ASCI needs an overall
software plan addressing life cycle costs and technology enhancements
within the context of an architecture that addresses the needs of ASCI
and the lewverage of commercial developments.
