This is to confirmadditional money coming from FSU
a) $205000 total for ERDC NCSA and Hardware
b)  Any funds expended on NSF grant paying Bryan Carpenter

We need to reconcile Kathy and David's spreadsheets
   especially  wrt what bears overhead in assumptions
We need to sell as much hardware as possible

There will also be money coming to pay the few students
coming to be in residence at FSU but getting a Syracuse PhD
