In an effort to get the ball rolling, I have drafted an outline 
version of Chapter 2 (Parallel Programming Considerations).  I would 
like your feedback on the outline before proceeding.  It is basically 
reconstructed from my notes of the meeting with some material that I 
have include from Ian's technologies overview section (which would 
need to be revised if this material is moved.)

Some issues:

1. Do we really want it to come before the architectures chapter?
   Yes

2.  Is this the right set of sections?
   reference my chapter
   application pictures (gropp)
   dynamic
   what is pipeline/asynchronous

3. Are there pieces I have left out?  What was supposed to go in the 
OS section?
	Is there an O/S! (as in CM-2 versus IBM model)
	Services File Security Registration etc.
