I have attached PDF files of some recent papers on the subject. The CJOpt file attached as a paper by our CSC contractors on the CORBA/Java framework. This is already a public document. The other two papers focus on the application. They are being given at the AIAA Aerospace Sciences meeting in January, 2000. Please do not circulate these as they are not yet public. Some of the figures in the "0419" paper are poor quality as we haven't yet figured out how to capture them well in low resolution (The PDF file with the high-quality figures is over 10 MB and I don't want to send it via Email.)
