All,

ARL PET is now soliciting project proposals for Year 5 which begins on
August 10, 2000 and goes through August 9, 2001.

The attached inclosure (MS Word) contains the instructions for preparing
and submitting the proposals.  You will note that the type of information
does not differ substantially from last year.  However, there is more
detail to be submitted.

Also, note that the due date is May 1, 2000.
