Greetings.  Attached, and on the website at http://tina.bu.edu/itr
(username=pw=eotpaci), is a thursday afternoon checkpoint of the ITR
education pre-proposal.  Please look at / comment / and tear apart.

It is 7 pages long.  There are four main sections and I map them more or
less to the objectives and 4 co-PI's (though the text I remapped to the
sections came from everyone):

Portal Architecture -- Geoffrey (though I think I put a lot of Reagan's
contributions in here)
Learning Environment Design -- Louis
Information Systems -- Reagan
Testbeds -- Roscoe

I will not revise the whole again officially until the new millenium...!
