Hello Everyone,

We will be distributing a revised version of the beginning draft for ITR
over the weekend.

To submit the pre-proposal-we need to identify all senior personnel that
will be working on this project.  Please generate a list of senior personnel
that work with you that will also be working on the ITR.  We will need to
collect biographical sketches from these people in order to submit the
pre-proposal.

All biographical sketches should contain the following ONLY:

Name, Current address, Educational background, no more than 5 publications
(preferably those most closely related to the proposal).

Acceptable formats Microsoft Word or PD.
