Application Drivers Methodology *********************************************** 1.5
Choose 3 scenarios(modus operandi) with respectively minutes, several months and several year
natural time scales. Each scenario captures an aspect of earthquake science that contributes
to core understanding of field. Support each scenario with the same integrated system
and test and evaluate with special attention to the succesful enabling of new and more
effective models of collaborative scientific research. Feed lessons back into both computer science
and earthquake science. Compare with other work on computing portals on an ongoing
basis.
