Bryan Carpenter will be coming with me to FSU as untenured faculty line
He is submitting a "small' (<$500K) proposal to ITR with I think
a Wednesday deadline. He has PIN etc and I have coached him on budgets
I have cced him on this email. I hope you can communicate and get
it submitted OK through FSU.
Note by NSF rules, one can be on at most 4 ITR proposals and I have
reached this limit on large preproposals
Thus I am listed as senior person on proposal.
Please tell me if I need to do anything more
