We provide a degree of support even for the evaluation versions of our software. The simplest way is to send an e-mail message to our support group. This address is a mailing list that includes all our developers.  Somebody will pick up your question and answer it. Please, do not expect 24 by 7 expediency - this is a courtesy service, after all.

If you have already installed our system, you can get help by using it to contact us. Starting October `99, we provide on-line TANGO Interactive 2 clinics. Some of the TANGO Interactive developers or other team members are available once a day at  4PM EST  for one hour, Mondays and Wednesdays,  to answer all your questions, from ``how to use the system" to ``how do I write my own collaborative modules".  To talk to us, login to the main TANGO Interactive server  (tango.webwisdom.com) during the indicated time.  You will always find somebody available to talk to. You can use either one of the chat tools, the videoconferencing system, or a combination of different tools.

In addition, if you run TANGO Interactive on a PC, you can use the front-end PeopleWatch service to contact us at almost any time. Join us using the PeopleWatch server on tango.webwisdom.com. PeopleWatch instant messaging tool is installed automatically on your server when you install TI client version 2.
