9 The same quality with 30-50% of bits usage
10 Performance: ~5 fps for H.263, 7-9 fps for H.261, 15 fps for YUV9 for QCIF
11 Bitrates: 20-50 kbps for H.263, up to 128 kps for H.261, up to 0.5 Mpbs for YUV9
