1 Specific LMS Exemplar
  • Land Management System project, lead by Jeff Holland to be initial target application
  • Provide single comprehensive access to all LMS services, including DoD HPCs as back-ends
  • Web-based interface will allow both local & remote use of LMS
  • Based on industry-standard technologies, reuse legacy & commodity software
  • Front-end will allow user to specify computational resources, location of input data, and format of output. System will collect data, launch application on specified server, and display GUI to user's local display
