Definition and 2 Examples of Viewpoint Nodes for Foil 179(Definition and Examples)
1 A viewpoint is a predefined viewing position and orientation in the VRML world. Viewpoint node allows to define the location and viewing direction for the viewpoint. This node is generally added to the children of the Transform node and when the coordinate system moves, so does the viewpoint.
2 Switching from one viewpoint to another is handled by the browser's user interface and browsers have well defined ways of changing viewpoint.
