!HPF$ DYNAMIC :: entity-decl-list
Semantics:
Any array in entity-decl-list can be used in a REALIGN or REDISTRIBUTE directive
DYNAMIC appears only in the declarations section
DYNAMIC arrays can also appear in ALIGN or DISTRIBUTE to get initial distributions)
