1 There are efficiency considerations throughout the design. Many issues have been addressed in both talks and during the forum. Serialization may be responsible for many performance problems. Other issues addressed include the possibility of one-way calls, exception handling issues, and the use of stubs/skeletons and the rmic compiler.
