From Collaborative Weather Application in CIV Project Rome Laboratory CIV Final Review -- 9 April 98. by Scott Klasky, Marek Podgorny

1 With Oklahoma's help, ARPS has become one of the first weather prediction codes to predict lake effect snow.
2 We have built our own visualization systems to analyze the data from ARPS.
3 We have support for the following filters:
  • Colored 2d surfaces
  • Isosurfaces
  • Vector graphics
4 Animations are possible since the data holds multiple time slices
