1 New revolution on the Internet is driven by converging and/or competing ComponentWare technologies such as CORBA, DCOM/ActiveX, RMI, JavaBeans.
2 We illustrate this rather complex process in the following chart which decomposes the evolution of distributed ComponentWare into vertical (system /complexity) axis and horizontal (user/simplicity) axis
3 The chart includes also our approach at NPAC towards Web based HPCC in which we build high performance visual ComponentWare on top of Web technologies
