Static Scheduling (default)
  • Divides loop into equal size iteration chunks
  • Based on runtime loop limits
  • Totally parallel scheduling algorithm
Dynamic Scheduling
  • Threads go to scheduler to get next chunk
  • Guided: chunks taper down at end of loop
