1 Collaboration can be divided into synchronous collaboration and asynchronous collaboration.
2 Synchronous Collaboration
3 In this model, participants always present at the same time. When you send out information, you can receive very quick feedback from others. For example, NPAC's Tango provide such service.
4 Asynchronous Collaboration
5 In this model, participants don't need present at the same time. When you send out information, you may not get immediate feedback, it could be delayed a few hours or a few days. Lotus provides such service.
